OrchestratorAI is a small venture. This notice describes what we collect when you visit this website, why, and the choices you have. We don't sell your data and we don't run advertising on this site.

What we collect

• Contact form submissions. When you fill in the form on this site, we receive your name, email, company, country, and message.
• Calendar bookings. When you book a discovery call via the calendar button, Google handles the booking and shares your name, email, and chosen time with us so we can meet.
• Analytics data. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use the site. Google sets cookies and records information such as pages visited, time spent, referring site, and device or browser type. IP addresses are anonymised by Google before storage.
• Standard server logs. Our website host receives standard request information (IP address, browser, time, requested URL). This is normal for any site.

How we use it

Solely to reply to your enquiry, schedule and run a discovery call, continue any conversation you start, and understand how the site is performing in aggregate. We don't add you to a marketing list. We don't share your details with anyone outside OrchestratorAI.

Third parties involved

• Netlify hosts this site and processes contact form submissions on our behalf.
• Google provides Google Analytics and the Google Calendar booking widget. Their handling of data is governed by Google's Privacy Policy.
• Google Fonts may set cookies controlled by Google when typefaces are loaded.

We don't use marketing or advertising cookies. We don't share your data with any other third parties.

Your choices

• Opt out of analytics. You can install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, or block analytics cookies via your browser settings.
• Access, correction, or deletion. Email hello [at] orchestratorai [dot] pro and we'll respond within 30 days.

How long we keep it

Contact and booking data is retained as long as is reasonable to maintain the working relationship or follow up on an enquiry — typically up to 24 months from your last contact, unless you ask us to delete it sooner. Analytics data is retained per Google's default GA4 settings (up to 14 months).

Data collected during client engagements

This notice covers data collected via this website. Any data we process during paid engagements (your business documents, client data, operational information, and similar) is governed by the engagement agreement we sign with you, including a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) where applicable. Those engagements are run on infrastructure separate from this marketing site.

Changes

If we update this notice, we'll change the date above and, where the change is material, mention it in a follow-up to recent enquirers.
